My first roll of 120…

Yesterday I shot my first roll of 120 film on my first medium format camera.  I took it to Arbor Photo Lab today to get it processed and scanned and here are the results.  I’m pleased with the results…shooting film and manually focusing was new for me, but a lot of fun and I’m really looking forward to doing some portraits with film.  You can’t beat the look of film…

Bug & Noah | Wedding

Bug and Noah had a beautiful outdoor wedding at Bug’s parents house just outside of Saline.  It was so great to see so many folks I knew from the town I grew up in.  To say I took a lot of pictures on their big day, would be an understatement and while it was a lot of editing, it was also a lot of fun reliving the day through the pics.  So wonderful seeing you all and I’m glad I was able to have a blast with so many familiar faces.

Meghan & Mike | Chicago Engagement

One of the things I was the most “affraid” of with Meghan and Mike, was liking them too much.  See, I’m not actually photographing their wedding, so I told them they better not be all awesome and my kind of peeps.  Of course I didn’t really mean it and of course they are another wonderful couple in love.  They took me around to some great places and we had a fun, laid-back evening made even better by some fantastic food and wine to end our evening.  I hope you like your pics as much as I enjoyed my time with you.
